Plain White T's，一个1997年成立於美国芝加哥的摇滚乐队，由5人组成分别是Tom Higgenson（主唱）Dave Tirio（吉他手）Mike Retondo（贝司手/和声），De'Mar Hamilton（鼓手）以及Tim Lopez（吉他手/和声）.这支年轻的EMO曾经以“Hey There Delilah”傲称Billboard Hot 100单曲榜冠军宝座！Every Second Counts是 Plain White T's发行的第四张专辑, 里面还是听得出年轻人专属的天真以及潜力无限.这张Every Second Counts走的是欢快激昂的的pop-punk 风, 从头到尾都非常耐听！旋律轻快上口. 但他们与 Simple Plan 的第一张专辑不同, 如果把Simple Plan比做是一群叛逆热血的少年, 则Plain White T's 则是几个脾气温顺的男孩.
