* J5 g8 m2 d  r5 L; Y0 vI Disagree is Poppy’s third studio album, released on January 10, 2020. It is her first album to be distributed via Sumerian Records. The album marks a drastic shift in sound for the singer, being primarily a heavy metal album in contrast to her previous pop releases, though Poppy labels this new sound as “post-genre”. Poppy had dabbled in heavy metal for her previous album Am I a Girl?, as well as her Choke EP, but this album sees her taking on metal for an entire album rather than individual songs.

3 n. P5 w9 n9 `* J. u- ~The album is also the last Poppy release to feature involvement from Titanic Sinclair, her collaborative partner since the beginning of the Poppy project. Their split was announced publicly via a statement released by Poppy on social media.
