Train简介

早期岁月 （1994-1998）
随着齐柏林飞艇这只翻唱乐队的解散，歌手Patrick Monahan在1993年底离开他的家乡Erie，Pennsylvania。他在California定居，并结识了经常在咖啡屋和当地俱乐部表演的Rob Hotchkiss。从此，俩人一起演出，Monahan主唱，Hotchkiss和音，做吉他伴奏。Hotchkiss那时还是洛杉矶乐队“Apostles”的主唱。在决定成立一支他们自己的乐队后，俩人征聘Jimmy Stafford作为主音吉他，原Apostles乐队的Charlie Colin作为低音贝斯，过些日子，又招募了Charlie Colin的好朋友Scott Underwood作为鼓手，这些人就组成了Train1994年的演出阵容。1996年，Train试图签约哥伦比亚唱片公司，但被拒绝。对于哥伦比亚唱片公司如此决定，乐队决定发行同名专辑《Train》。
